Amanda was born and raised in Myrtleford, having commenced employment in the legal industry as a junior and completing her Bachelor of Laws whilst working full-time. Amanda has a Masters in Applied Family Law and exclusively practices in the area of family law, offering advice and assistance with all aspects of family law including property settlements, parenting matters, divorce and child support. Dealing exclusively in family law, Amanda offers the expertise and experience to assist you with your matter in what is often a very stressful and difficult time. Amanda is passionate about assisting clients in dealing with all aspects of their family law matters.Amanda is based in Myrtleford and attends Wangaratta and Wodonga (by appointment) weekly.Amanda is assisted by Jessica Bunn.

Ian Gross
Ian Gross has practised as a solicitor in North East of Victoria since 1974. He was a partner at Nevin Lenne Gross until 2009 and a consultant at Nevin Lenne Gross from 2009 to 2015. Since the establishment of Toner & May Legal, in late 2015, Ian Gross has been employed by Toner & May Legal as a consultant.
For over 20 years, the legal work performed by Ian Gross has increasingly concentrated on the performance of work associated with the Alpine Resorts in Victoria, including Mount Hotham, Falls Creek, Mount Buller and Mount Baw Baw. That work includes:-
alpine conveyancing;
applications for new Alpine Resort Leases and Lease Renewals;
alpine business transactions;
acting for developers in the Alpine Resorts including documentation of the leasehold legal structure required by the State Government Alpine Leasing Policy;
State Revenue Office Land Use Entitlement advice, objections and dispute resolutions;
Liquor Licensing;
Head Lease Variations;
alpine mortgage security documentation and advice;
assistance to Clubs relating to commercial viability and Lease Renewal Applications.
Whilst Ian Gross concentrates mainly on alpine legal work, he also continues to perform non alpine legal work including:-business acquisitions and sales including hotels, motels and tourism businesses;
commercial conveyancing and developmental work;
Administration & Probate Act Testamentary Family Maintenance Applications (Part IV Applications);
commercial advice;
sporting club advice (pro-bono).
